BERANTAI was originally formed by 3 young men (Adhe, Aira and the late Dhany) in the metalheads community in Pasuruan City, namely "Pasuruan Under Division" in mid-2010, which carried the early genre of Slamming Death Metal. The name BERANTAI itself has the meaning of a chain of friendship that binds each other, as well as being a place to work to vent anxieties in life.
