The gothic metal squad Dreamer marked their return after a long wait. After releasing the single "Panah Kematian" on January 18, 2022, in the near future the group that was formed since 1998 will re-launch a full album. The second album titled "Tahta Hitam" was released under the banner of Cerberus Productions and Demajors. This album also marks 23 years of Dreamer's existence in the national music scene. The album recording process took place from early 2020 until the end of 2021. The final polishing of the recording was handled by Rsharsh from Tonbetter Soundlab in the mixing and mastering division. There are 10 songs that are planned to be manifested in the form of a compact disc. The ten songs in this release tell of the battle for the throne of Hastinapura which is taken from the epic Mahabharata as the main theme. The visuals of this new album are made as fresh as possible. Dreamer entrusts the talented hands of Adi Dechristianize as the artist who makes the cover of the album "Tahta Hitam" more lively and magnificent. The music composition in this album is complex by combining elements of Power Metal, Thrash, and even Death Metal by presenting Doni Herdaru Tona (Funeral Inception/Vox Mortis) as growl vocals, Windy Saraswati (Geger/Take Over) as main vocals, and Budi Gede Arya (Panic Disorder/Delirium Tremens) as bass player in Dreamer's new lineup now.
The album "Tahta Hitam" was released on March 25, 2022, both in physical and digital formats. The album will be distributed in all collaborating music outlets in Indonesia and Malaysia.
