BANDUNG, INDONESIA – November 29, 2024 – After dropping their latest single Sederet Tragedi in late September, Bandung-based Oldschool HC/Punk collective Hellburger has officially released their third full-length album, Sederet Tragedi, today. The album is available in digital format and limited-edition cassette tape, marking the band’s long-awaited return following their 2019 album Menolak.

Coinciding with the album launch, Hellburger also premieres the music video for "For Freedom"—a collaboration between Rooftop Sound Recs and Cerahati, now streaming on Rooftop Sound Recs' YouTube channel.

A Powerful Statement in 10 Tracks

Featuring 10 songs, including a re-arranged version of their 1997 classic Back Off! with original vocalist Fanfan, Sederet Tragedi presents a fresh yet still hard-hitting sound. Lyrically, the album encapsulates rage, disappointment, and protest against injustice, human rights violations, and war, while also carrying a message of peace.

The Comeback of Hellburger

This album marks Hellburger’s return with a new lineup after nearly five years. Working with Metal Militia Records (Sukabumi) for physical releases and Rooftop Sound Recs (Jakarta) for digital distribution, the band also teams up with Bandung-based Adiopro for exclusive merchandise.

All tracks were recorded at Funhouse Studio, mixed and mastered by Yoni, with backing vocals contributed by Extreme Vocal Alliance. The album artwork was designed by Reyga (Iron Voltage).

Upcoming Tour and Album Launch Show

Hellburger will embark on a Malaysian tour in mid-February 2025, followed by an official album launch event in mid-April at Pride Palace, Sukabumi, hosted by Metal Militia Records.
