#BreakingNews : STEEL Unleash Debut EP “The Man of Steel”

From the underground streets of Palopo, South Sulawesi, Hardcore Punk trio STEEL have erupted with the release of their first EP, “The Man of Steel”, out now on Bandcamp (July 12, 2025).

Formed by Cino (vocals), Wawan (guitar), and Amal (drums), STEEL delivers five raw and furious tracks—fast, unrelenting, and uncompromising. Opening with “Baja”, a scathing reflection on oppressive state policies, and closing with “Tua Bangsat”, a blunt outcry on the frustrations of aging, the EP cuts deep with rage and honesty.

Musically rooted in Hardcore Punk, the release is sharpened by the violence of Powerviolence and the grit of D-Beat Crust. Recorded at Studioracun (instruments) and  Waves (vocals, mixing & mastering), with artwork and layout by Racunstudio, “The Man of Steel” stands as STEEL’s furious declaration of intent.
