Brazilian power metal veterans Age of Artemis have officially unleashed their brand-new single and lyric video, “Wind of Hope,” on January 23, 2026—marking a powerful new chapter in the band’s nearly two-decade legacy.
The release introduces the band’s refreshed lineup and serves as the first glimpse into their upcoming fifth studio album. With this track, Age of Artemis steps into a phase of artistic renewal, delivering a more mature and emotionally resonant sound while staying rooted in their unmistakable Brazilian identity and signature intensity.
“Wind of Hope” dives deep into themes of grief, loss, and rebirth. The band explores how the pain of losing a loved one can vary from person to person—some finding closure, others enduring a longer emotional struggle. Formed in Brasília in 2008, Age of Artemis has built a formidable reputation in the global power metal scene, with strong recognition across Brazil, Japan, and Europe. The new lineup features Daniel Menezes (vocals), Gabriel Soto (guitar), Giovanni Sena (bass), and Fabian Antunes (drums). Production duties for “Wind of Hope” were handled by Giovanni Sena, with mixing by Eduardo Belchior (Intense Music Productions) and mastering by Ronny Milianowicz (Studio Seven), both based in Sweden.
